Refunds and Replacements

Because each edition is a final breath — handcrafted, numbered, and made just for you.

Every artwork I release is created with deep care — crafted, signed, and numbered as part of a limited edition. Once it finds its home, it becomes a quiet part of that edition’s story: one of only a few in the world.

Because of this rarity, and because each piece is made especially for you, all sales are considered final. I encourage you to choose with intention — and if you ever need guidance, I’m always here to help before you place your order.

Still, I know that life isn’t always perfect, and neither is shipping. On rare occasions, a piece may arrive with damage or an unexpected flaw. If this ever happens, please know that I will do everything I can to make things right with warmth, care, and urgency.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect:

  • Please email me at hello@antoninaminova.art within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once confirmed, I will arrange for a new piece to be sent to you — at no cost and with the same edition number you originally received.

There’s no need to return the damaged piece. But I do ask that you dispose of it immediately, and confirm that it will not be displayed, gifted, or sold.
I trust your integrity as a collector — and together, we can protect the value and rarity of the editions.

Please also know that very gentle variations in colour, crop, trim, or paper density are a natural part of the fine art printing process. These tiny differences are completely normal, accepted everywhere — from galleries to fine art shops — and are part of what makes each piece unique. You can learn more about these natural tolerances in About the Prints.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please email me at hello@antoninaminova.art so I can begin investigating the delay with the courier.

In rare cases where a parcel is confirmed as lost, or the delay is significant and cannot be resolved, your artwork will be replaced or refunded. As with all situations, I’ll handle the process with care, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Refunds

In the rare event that a replacement isn’t possible — whether due to availability, timing, or unique circumstances — a refund may be arranged instead.

If that becomes necessary, I’ll guide you through the next steps with care. You’ll simply be asked to confirm that the print has been properly and permanently disposed of, and that it will not be displayed, gifted, or sold.

When a refund is issued:

  • The edition number will be retired, and

  • The certificate of authenticity will be cancelled, preserving the truth and exclusivity of the collection.

International Refunds

All refunds are issued in British Pounds (£), just like your original purchase. If you’re outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the refund into your local currency using their current exchange rate.

Please know:

  • The final amount you receive might be a little more or less than what you paid, simply because of currency fluctuations or small bank fees.

  • These are handled entirely by your provider, not by me — but if anything feels unclear, I’ll always be here to help and support you.

Art crosses borders, and so do kindness and clarity.

A Gentle Note Before You Order

I kindly encourage you to check all details carefully — size and shipping address — before confirming your order. This ensures everything arrives just as you imagined.

If you have any questions before purchasing, I’ll be more than happy to guide you personally.

Each artwork is created just for you — a one-of-a-kind piece in a limited edition.
For that reason, I’m not able to accept cancellations or changes once your order is placed.

Thank you for supporting my art and for the trust you place in my work
