Terms and Conditions

1. About the Artist and Business

This website is operated by Antonina Minova Ltd (Company Number 16758466), representing the work of Antonina Minova, an independent fine artist based in London, UK.

All works sold through this website are limited edition photographic artworks, offered exclusively as physical fine art prints.

2. Limited Editions & Authenticity

All artworks are sold as limited edition prints, capped at 25 total prints per image across all sizes. Once an edition is sold out, it will never be reprinted.

Each print includes:

  • A digitally signed Certificate of Authenticity (PDF) confirming the title, edition number, and print format

  • A digital artist signature on the print itself

Names are not included on certificates by default, to allow for gifting and interior design projects.

3. Print Formats & Materials

All works are printed on Canson Infinity Baryta Photographique II Satin (310 gsm), a museum-grade fine art paper with a satin finish. Each print includes a white border within the listed size, allowing space for framing and carrying the artist’s digital signature. Prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube for safety and flexibility in framing.

Prints are produced using archival materials and pigment inks through the giclée process, ensuring long-lasting depth, tonal richness, and colour stability.

Please note the following details:

  • Colour Accuracy
    While every effort is made to ensure faithful colour reproduction, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration. On screen, colours may appear brighter due to backlighting; the final print, viewed on reflective paper, may display deeper tones and more subtle gradations.

  • Screen vs Print
    Digital screens emit light, while printed artworks reflect it. Colours on Canson Baryta Satin therefore reveal greater depth, softness, and tonal nuance than can be displayed on a monitor, giving the print a physical presence that cannot be replicated on a screen.

  • Print Alignment & Sizing
    Each print is carefully crafted by hand. Minor variations are a natural part of fine art print production:
    • Paper trim may vary slightly (up to 1–2 mm)
    • Tiny differences in cropping can occur
    These do not affect the image area or overall quality and reflect the handcrafted nature of each edition.

  • Framing & Display
    Prints are sold unframed to preserve flexibility, reduce costs, and avoid shipping delays.
    • Framing is a personal choice, best handled by a specialist framer
    • This allows you to select a style that suits your space and complements the artwork beautifully

    Please note:
    Any framed images shown on the website or social media are illustrative mockups, designed to help you visualise how the artwork might look in a home setting. Prints are delivered unframed.

4. Order Process & Communication

After placing your order, you will receive a series of thoughtful, personal communications to guide you through every step:

  1. Order confirmation and welcome message

  2. Follow-up with shipping details and Certificate of Authenticity (PDF)

  3. A post-delivery message inviting your feedback and offering newsletter updates

Each stage is handled with care to ensure a smooth, personal experience.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free global shipping is included with every order to the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union.

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–9 business days

  • United States: 7–16 business days

  • European Union: 5–13 business days

I currently ship to the following EU countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, and Bulgaria.

Each artwork is produced in carefully selected print laboratories in the USA, UK, and Germany. This local fulfilment ensures the highest quality and smooth delivery to your door, with no customs or import fees.

A tracking link will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the cost of reshipping may apply.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to courier or external factors. If an order has not arrived within 5 business days after the expected delivery window, please contact hello@antoninaminova.art so the matter can be investigated with the courier and an appropriate resolution arranged.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the exclusivity of each edition, all sales are final and cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has gone into production.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact me at hello@antoninaminova.art within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • A replacement will be arranged with the same edition number you originally received

Only if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

When a replacement is arranged, the original damaged print must be properly and permanently disposed of, and may not be displayed, gifted, or sold.

When a refund is issued, the print must also be properly and permanently disposed of, and the corresponding certificate of authenticity will be cancelled, ensuring the integrity of the edition.

Please note that very gentle variations in colour, crop, trim, or paper density are a natural part of the fine art printing process. These tiny differences are considered normal across galleries and fine art shops and are not regarded as defects.

If an order has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, the buyer must contact hello@antoninaminova.art so that the delay can be investigated with the courier. In the event that a parcel is confirmed as lost, or the delay cannot be resolved, the order will either be replaced or refunded.

All refunds are processed in British Pounds (£), the same currency used at the time of purchase. If you are located outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert this into your local currency at their current exchange rate.
The final amount received may vary slightly due to exchange fluctuations or small bank/card fees, which are outside my control.

7. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Klarna – When choosing Klarna at checkout, you enter into a credit agreement directly with Klarna Bank AB (publ). Antonina Minova Art is not involved in the credit process or terms.

All prices are listed in GBP by default. Depending on your location, you may see converted prices in your local currency for convenience.

8.Payments & Currency

All prices on this website are listed in British Pounds (GBP). As a UK-based business I process all transactions in GBP regardless of the buyer’s location. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount into your local currency at checkout, based on the current exchange rate and any applicable international card fees. I do not issue invoices or receipts in other currencies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your final payment amount may vary slightly due to currency conversion by your provider.

9. Reviews & Testimonials

By submitting a review, you consent to it being published on this website or associated social media, using your first name and initials (e.g. “Emma J.”). No company names, email addresses, or personal details will be shared.

10. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images, text, and artworks on this website are intellectual property of Antonina Minova.

When you purchase a limited edition print, you are acquiring the physical artwork. You may resell the physical print privately if you choose. However, this ownership does not grant any rights to the image itself.

All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. The edition limit applies strictly to fine art prints: once an edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced.

The artist retains full rights to display, publish, and reproduce the artwork for portfolio, marketing, social media, editorial, or promotional purposes.

The artwork may not be copied, digitised, reproduced, altered, published, distributed, licensed, or used for any commercial purpose in any form without the prior written consent of the artist.

11. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively through UK courts.

Privacy Policy

1. What Data Is Collected

When you place an order or subscribe, we may collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Payment details (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or Klarna)

  • Review submissions (optional)

We do not store your payment information — it is handled by secure third-party processors.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used to:

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Send order-related emails

  • Issue your Certificate of Authenticity

  • Request feedback or publish reviews (with your consent)

  • Manage your subscription to the email newsletter (if opted in)

3. Email Marketing

You will only receive promotional emails if you actively subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

4. Review Publishing

If you leave a review, it may be published using your first name and initials only. No identifying information such as company name, email, or location will be shared publicly.

Your personal data is stored securely using platforms like Squarespace, Stripe, and Google Workspace. Data is retained only as long as necessary for fulfilling orders, legal compliance, or tax purposes.

  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

From time to time, I may create custom or commissioned artworks. I reserve the right to share images of these completed pieces on my website and social media for promotional purposes, such as showcasing recent projects or portfolio development.
No personal details, client names, or private information will be published without prior consent.
